Church Remittances
- Fill-in Remittance Form – Type information in the form and then print. This can be downloaded and saved to your computer, allowing the information entered into the first half of the form to be reused the next month.
- Remittance Form – Print first and then write in the information. This form is used to submit apportionment and other church remittances to the Conference Treasurer. Please use a separate form for each church. For the mailing address and other tips for mailing your church remittances, click here.
- Church ACH – for churches enrolling in automatic withdrawal or online initiation of Apportionment or Advance Special remittances to the Conference.

- Refund of Sales Tax for Churches – a letter from the NC Department of Revenue which gives clarification on the issue of the church’s eligibility to claim a refund for sales tax paid by individuals who are later reimbursed for purchasing items for the church.

The NC Conference Treasurer’s office can handle automated clearing house (ACH) payments in a variety of areas.
- Insurance ACH – For making payments of insurance premiums.
- Pension ACH – For making payments into the Pension plan.
- Church ACH – For making online or automatic payments of Apportionment or Advance Specials to the Conference.
- Accounts Payable ACH – For businesses or individuals receiving payments from the NC Conference.
