Church Remittances
- Fill-in Remittance Form – **2023 fiscal year added** type information in form and then print. This can be downloaded and saved to your computer so that the information entered into first half of the form can be reused the next month.
- Remittance Form – print first and then write in information. This form is used to submit apportionment and other church remittances to the Conference Treasurer. Please use a separate form for each church. For the mailing address and other tips for mailing your church remittances, click here.
- Church EFT – for churches enrolling in automatic withdrawal or on-line initiation of Apportionment or Advance Special remittances to the Conference.

- Refund of Sales Tax for Churches – a letter from the NC Department of Revenue which gives clarification on the issue of the church’s eligibility to claim a refund for sales tax paid by individuals who are later reimbursed for purchasing items for the church.

The NC Conference Treasurer’s office can automatically handle an electronic transfer of funds, or EFT, in a variety of areas.
- Insurance EFT – Automates making payments for insurance premiums.
- Pension EFT – For making payments into the Pension plan.
- Church EFT – For churches enrolling in automatic withdrawal of Apportionment remittances or Advance Special payments to the Conference.
- Accounts Payable EFT – For businesses or individuals receiving payments from the NC Conference.
