Annual Conference 2012

Church Remittances

• Remittance Form (Printable) - print first and then write in information.
• Remittance Form (Fill-in) - fill out on your computer first and then print.
  • These forms are used to submit apportionment and other church remittances to the Conference Treasurer. Please use a separate form for each church. To request that remittance forms be mailed to you, please email your name, address, and church name to Diana Hunter. • Church EFT – for churches enrolling in automatic withdrawal or on-line initiation of Apportionment or Advance Special remittances to the Conference.

Central Conference Pension Initiative (CCPI)

• CCPI Commitment Form – For pastors to make pledge and payments to the Central Conference Pension Initiative.

Tax Law Resources

• Refund of Sales Tax for Churches - a letter from the NC Department of Revenue which gives clarification on the issue of the church’s eligibility to claim a refund for sales tax paid by individuals who are later reimbursed for purchasing items for the church.
• Tax Laws Affecting Charitable Organizations – information regarding tax laws and charitable organizations and charitable donations.
• Records Retention – recommendations for how long different types of records (financial and other) should be kept.

EFT Forms

The NC Conference Treasurer’s office can automatically handle an electronic transfer of funds, or EFT, in a variety of areas.

• Insurance EFT – Automates making payments for insurance premiums.
• Pension EFT – For making payments into the Pension plan.
• Church EFT – For churches enrolling in automatic withdrawal of Apportionment remittances or Advance Special payments to the Conference.
• Accounts Payable EFT – For businesses or individuals receiving payments from the NC Conference.
• ZOE EFT – For donors make gifts to the ZOE Ministry by automatic draft. Learn more about this ministry by visiting the ZOE website.
