Conference boards, agencies, commissions, and committees provide tangible leadership opportunities for those who are interested in reflecting and sharing the mission of the North Carolina Annual Conference.
We are excited that you have considered serving the North Carolina Conference in its ministries and are grateful for your offering of your time and talents to the glory of God. This self-nomination process is a way of affirming your recognition of the spiritual gifts you have been given. Let us all be in prayerful discernment for the task of identifying those who will lead conference ministries in the next quadrennium.
As part of Annual Conference in 2020, we will nominate many committee members to serve for the next quadrennium, beginning July 1, 2020 through annual conference 2024. A listing of conference committees can be found below under Ministry Descriptions. We ask that you review this listing and prayerfully consider where your gifts and passion lie. The ministries of the annual conference are strengthened by your passion and dedication and we look forward to working with you in ministry.
If you are interested in serving on one of these committees, please complete the Nominations Form below. Applications will be accepted through January 31, 2020. Your information will be provided to the Committee on Nominations to consider for nomination to the 2020 Annual Conference. Thank you for the time and energy you give in leadership of the NC Conference!
