How and when can I make a change to my personal contribution to the United Methodist Personal Investment Plan (UMPIP)?

You may start, stop, increase, decrease, or change the tax designation of your personal contribution to the UMPIP at any time. Complete the UMPIP Contribution Agreement form. Give a copy to your treasurer and send the original by mail or email to benefitsteam@nccumc.org.   The effective date of enrollment or changes must be the first of the month following the month in which you submit the form.
