Yes, to do this some individual payers and/or churches/organizations set up the electronic payment through their bank’s website. An additional option (available only to churches and organizations) is to complete the appropriate EFT Setup Form and mark the box stating “I will initiate transactions on my own on the Online Data Collection System.”
If going this second route, you would log into the Online Data Collection System at any point during the month when you are ready to authorize a payment. The Benefits Team processes authorized payments twice per month, on the 10th and 25th (or the next business day if those dates fall on a weekend or holiday). Payment must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. on those days for it to be included in that draft.
