At the bottom of your apportionment report is a paragraph that tells you by what percent your original calculation increased or decreased. If the percent change is higher than 15% then the calculation showing above will have been capped at the 15% increase. However, large increases may be an indicator that something was not reported correctly on your Table II. The easiest way to catch a mistake is to compare the current Table II report to the previous year’s report to see what caused the increase in net disbursements. If a number was reported incorrectly, please report it to Dennis Peay, our Conference Statistician, so that corrections can be made.
