The Annual Audit Report is now available in the Online Data Collection System for you to upload your church’s data for the 2024 calendar year. The report is due from all churches by August 1, 2025.

As usual, there is a series of questions you must answer to access one of three different reports, including:

• If your church was part of a larger appointment (Campus, Multi-site, Satellite, etc.) and your financial audit was performed by the larger church, please indicate which church performed your audit and any comments related to your church.
• Uploading a copy of your formal Audit Report and any related documents. Please ensure that all files are in PDF format for the upload process.
• Submitting the standard Fund Balance report.

Your church must select one of the three options to complete the audit process.
