It is our goal to have bills ready by the 5th business day of each month. There are times of the year – such as January and July – when the volume of changes to appointments, compensation, billing rates, etc. may cause the bills to be ready later than this stated goal. All billing recipients are encouraged to email us at benefitsteam@nccumc.org anytime they feel they may be missing a bill.
