The Annual Audit Report is now ready for uploading your data for the calendar year 2020, which is due from all churches no later than August 1, 2021. You will find this report on the Conference’s Online Data Collection System.
Once again, there is a series of questions you must answer to access one of three different reports, including:
- Your church was part of a larger appointment (Campus, Multi-site, Satellite, and so forth) and your financial audit was performed by the larger church. Tell us which church performed your audit and any comments related to your church.
- Upload a copy of your formal Audit Report and any related documents. PDF formatted files are required for this upload process.
- The standard Fund Balance report.
Your church needs to use only one of the three options to complete the audit process.
If your church received a grant in 2020 from the NC Conference Covid-19 Response Fund, please make sure those funds are included in your church’s Annual Audit. If you need assistance with the exact figure for Covid-19 Response funds received, please contact the Treasurer’s Office.
