• In order to receive credit for 2025, apportionment and advance special payments must be received in the Conference Treasurer’s Office by Wednesday, January 14, 2026 (subject to change based on final GCFA closing date).
• To ensure on-time delivery, please mail payments to the Charlotte lockbox by Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
• After Tuesday, January 6, 2026, mail payments directly to:

• Payments may also be hand-delivered (an outdoor mail drop box is available for contactless delivery) or sent by overnight mail to the United Methodist Building at 700 Waterfield Ridge Place, Garner, NC 27529.

**Please note that the normal Charlotte lockbox address should still be used for 2025 & 2026 payments. The Conference address should only be used during the close-out period when there would not be enough time to process the check in Charlotte before the deadline.**
