Participants enrolled in the Conference HealthFlex insurance plan are encouraged to attend the Blueprint for Wellness (BFW) Screening on Friday, June 13, from 6 am to 9:30 am.
The health screening includes a blood draw and a few measurements, such as blood pressure and waist circumference.
Conference health plan participants can earn $100 and up to 140 Wellness Credits. It’s quick, easy, and FREE. You’ll receive valuable, confidential health information that you may choose to share with your Primary Care Provider.
