About the Course:
This course will help you learn much about the aging process and the developmental stage of older adulthood. It will also offer new ways of helping your congregation develop an intentional and comprehensive ministry by, with, and for older adults.

Ray Broadwell is a retired elder in the NC Conference. Born and raised in Kinston, NC, Ray served small, mid-sized, and large churches throughout his career, in addition to serving as a district superintendent. Ray is married and has three grown daughters and three grandchildren. Since retiring in 2020, Ray has enjoyed opportunities for preaching and teaching; going on long walks; reading; and, most of all, spending time with family.
