Court Ruling on Appeal Brought by Former Members of Fifth Avenue UMC
The North Carolina Conference has learned that the plaintiff’s appeal was granted and the ruling of the trial court dismissing the lawsuit filed by the former members of Fifth Avenue United Methodist Church has been reversed by the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
