Last month, 24 clergy and laity gathered at the NC Conference building to learn strategies for deepening relationships and building teams in their congregations. Committed to Christ and the flourishing of the church, these clergy and laity pairs are part of Leadership Fellows program.
The two-year curriculum, focused on leadership and church strategies, is one of the three pillars of the Leadership Fellows program (curriculum, coaching, and community).
In the first year, Fellows learn more about themselves as leaders and how to be more effective in relationships. Then, in year two, Fellows learn to look at their church and community with a different lens, hearing about church strategies they can put into practice.
