Please use this form to submit an application for a clergy or lay person applying to the Leadership Fellows program. Clergy should be recommended by their district superintendent and their S/PPRC chair. Laity should be recommended by two individuals who can speak to their leadership roles in the church setting. 

All recommendations should be submitted by the application deadline: September 19, 2023.
