Exploring Your Calling: An Online Introduction to Lay Servant Ministries

This evening Zoom gathering is designed for those unable to attend the full Day of Discovery on May 2 in Garner. It offers a focused introduction to Lay Servant Ministries and an opportunity to reflect on how God may be calling you to serve.

What to Expect:

  1. Explore Your Options
    Learn about the roles of certified lay servant, certified lay speaker, and certified lay minister.
  2. Connect with Others
    Participate in guided breakout conversations with district directors and other laity who are exploring their call.
  3. Ask Questions
    Engage in live Q&A to get answers to your most pressing questions about Lay Servant Ministries and the opportunities available.
  4. Learn About Our 2026–2027 Certified Lay Ministry Cohort
    Stay for an optional mini-info session on the upcoming Certified Lay Minister Candidate Training Program for a brief overview of requirements and next steps.
