Across the North Carolina Conference, certified lay ministers (CLMs) are living out the vision of our church in real, tangible ways—loving boldly, serving joyfully, and leading courageously in congregations and communities of every size and setting.
They are preaching and teaching, building relationships, responding to needs, and helping the church live into its call in fresh and faithful ways.
What does this actually look like? These short ministry spotlights offer a glimpse of real ministries led by CLMs right here in our conference.
If you’re discerning how God may be calling you to serve, the Day of Discovery is a next step—a space to listen, learn, and explore.
