First, register for the Day of Discovery (May 31) and spend time with fellow laity exploring your call and learning about the many ways to get involved as a layperson in the United Methodist Church. Through worship, storytelling, and an exploration of spiritual gifts, this special event is a great place to begin your journey—or to gain clarity about where God may be calling you next.

Then, jump-start your Lay Servant Ministries journey by signing up for one or more of our summer courses. With a mix of online and in-person offerings, the Summer Quarter (June–August) includes classes on worship, polity, history, spiritual gifts, and more—truly something for everyone.
