Have you been looking for a way to strengthen discipleship in your church?
Come and learn about discipleship coaching! This one-hour information session will introduce how discipleship coaching can deepen your connections and help you deepen the faith of others.
After this lunch and learn, you will be able to sign up for Discipleship Coaching Training, which offers…
- Effective coaching skill development, assessment tools, and coaching models focused on building mature disciples
- Plenty of skill-building practice time
- Growth opportunities for laity and clergy with a heart for discipleship who desire to help others grow in discipleship
- Skills to help leaders develop a discipleship pathway and help build stronger relationships with newcomers and congregants
*Upon completing the full program, participants will receive a certificate from Discipleship Ministries for 12 hours (1.2 CEUs).
About the Presenter:
Dr. Jason Zebert is United Methodist clergy and an Associate Certified Coach from Mississippi. He currently serves as Assistant Director of Faith Community Formation and Director of Special Projects for the Mississippi Conference. In this role, he helps to resource new faith communities and transform existing faith communities in this challenging time. He oversees the conference’s Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership Development Programs, and Healing Teams training.
He is a Master Trainer for Lead Like Jesus, Way of The Carpenter Facilitator, Certified SYMBIS Facilitator, Biblical DISC/DISC Coach, and Trained Adaptive Change Coach. He finds reward in helping others to discover their identity and giftedness in Christ and helping them to engage those gifts with their communities.
