September is National Preparedness Month (NPM). The theme this year is “Prepare to Protect. Preparing for disasters is protecting everyone you love.”

Throughout the month of September, we will share preparation tips and resources from Ready.gov. The topics include making a plan, building a kit, preparing for disasters, and preparing youth.
