May 18 at 11 am as we talk about healthy eating in the context of the role that faith communities can play in supporting habits that reflect the wholeness of the body. In this session participants will learn new ways to improve their nutritional habits by swapping in healthy alternatives to the foods that are commonly eaten on a daily basis. Participants will also learn ways to add some extra nutritional value into their daily meals and snacks.
