This training aims to redeploy the laity to serve as intentional disciples, not just members of our congregations. Dr. Smothers believes this is which is crucial for the growth of our congregations. A few of the topics Dr. Smothers will discuss include:
- Refocusing out mission and vision statements in the local church
- Creating new structures for healthier outcomes
- Building teams that lead to growing involvement in the church
Dr. Smothers serves as a leadership coach and consultant in the areas of new church development and congregational revitalization.
