An enriching journey into new practices of spiritual listening prayer, sometimes called “Prayer of the Heart.” This intensive is designed to help you deepen your spiritual life, find inner peace, and connect more profoundly with God.

Participants will:
1. Gain a better understanding of the Biblical and Historical background of Contemplative Prayer
2. Learn a variety of contemplative practices to integrate into their personal prayer practices, and in the life of the local church.
3. Receive materials and training to take this intensive into their own ministry settings to lead themselves for others.
Embark on this transformative journey and discover the profound benefits of “Prayer of the Heart.” Whether you’re new to this practice or looking to deepen your existing practice, this learning/interactive experience offers valuable insights and tools to support your spiritual growth. We will explore the role of silence and stillness in spiritual growth and address common obstacles in maintaining a prayer practice in a supportive community environment.
A 7th session is available for those wishing to earn CEU credit. This bonus session will equip you to take the Prayer of the Heart learnings and training to lead for others in your own ministry context.
*A one-on-one coaching session with each participant and Dr. Bray is included.
