The Center for Leadership Excellence presents a Day of Learning with Kay Kotan.
Are you tired of unproductive meetings that seem to go on forever? Does your church have more leadership positions than people to fill them? Do meetings occur without ever discussing how ministries align with the mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ?
If this sounds like your church and you are looking for another way to lead your church more faithfully, more simply, and with greater impact, grab your team or a partner from your church and join us as we explore simplified, accountable structure.
Tuesday, October 27, 10am-noon and 1-3pm, EST
Virtual Event (Zoom)
BRING YOUR TEAM!
We believe Days of Learning always have the biggest impact when teams attend together. For this Day of Learning, attending with someone else from your church is essential.
The more the merrier! Plus, when you bring three or more from your church, receive 20% off your total registration. You must register by October 14 to receive this discount.
In this Day of Learning, you will learn:
- Exactly what simplified, structure is;
- When simplified, accountable structure works best;
- Necessary adaptive and technical changes needed to live into the new structure;
- Common pitfalls;
- Process and steps of discernment, training, and implementation for the best outcome.
*** During the session, we will also have breakout groups for church teams to discuss and make plans. This time will be most productive if you attend with at least one other person from your church!
