This webinar with Chad Wright-Pittman took place on June 2, 2020. You can watch the recording below, or check out our Past Webinars to catch up on any others you may have missed!
About the Webinar:
The 8th century prophets and many modern poets have at least one thing in common: they know how to effectively use metaphor, symbolism, and poetic language to communicate about deeper and higher ideals… Let’s take a look at both ancient and modern uses of poetry and see how they might inform our preaching today, in hopes of flexing and stretching our own prophetic muscles that we might point toward God’s vision of justice for the world.
