About the Workshop:

This workshop, facilitated by Tom Greener, is designed to help pastors and church leaders reframe their conversations about church finances. Narrative budgeting moves away from spreadsheets as the only way to describe the financial status and health of the church.

Instead, while maintaining financial responsibility, narrative budgeting drives the conversation toward storytelling and highlights ministry-driven spending.

We will also examine how a narrative budget can motivate evangelism, strengthen stewardship, and foster a deeper connection between ministry and mission.
