The Leadership Fellows Program is a two-year opportunity for clergy to pair with a lay person from their congregation to learn and grow together as leaders for the future of the church. The Center for Leadership Excellence is currently accepting applicants for the next cohort, to begin in the fall.

Anyone can apply! Though clergy often initiate the process, an interested lay person can also indicate interest and invite their pastor to join them. Consider making this commitment to yourself and your church. 

Clergy or laity who are interested in being a part of this next cohort should reach out to Leah Wiebe-Smith (lwiebesmith@nccumc.org). The deadline to indicate interest in applying is June 7. The application deadline will be August 2.
