The NCCUMC is committed to becoming an anti-racist Conference. Jesus humbly rode into Jerusalem in opposition to the occupying forces of Rome and gave up his life for all to know the salvific power of love. What does it look like to “renounce the spiritual forces of wickedness”, and to “accept the freedom and power God gives you to resist evil, injustice and oppression in whatever forms they present themselves”?
