Missions & Outreach
Our work encompasses local, national, and international missions as we engage in diverse missional outreach through direct support and partnerships with groups and persons in mission. Some of these ministries include:
- Administer Mission Seed Fund grants for UMC and affiliated agencies seeking to start new and innovative ministries across the conference
- Oversee Volunteers in Mission
- Budget support for multiple ministry partners locally, nationally, and internationally
- Promote and administer Rainbow Covenants (Second Mile Missional Giving), which expands the outreach efforts of hundreds of congregations
