LIFT Experience Online (Cokesbury)

| Today, different generations don’t engage with each other the way they used to. But when generations mutually invest in one another, Christ-centered relationships grow. That’s why GenOn Ministries designed LIFT intergenerational ministry, a unique new way to bring generations together! Small groups consisting of people from two or more generations gather around a table to share food, enjoy fellowship, worship, and study the Bible together, along with one to two key leaders to prepare and guide sessions. LIFT is affordable, adaptable, and flexible. It can be used in churches both small and large—with or without children—and there is no set order for using the resources. Churches have the freedom to choose from 6- and 12-session topical and seasonal bundles. Sessions can last 45–60 minutes and include step-by-step instructions for preparing and leading each of the four activities. LIFT can be used in Sunday school, special gatherings, offsite events, midweek, summer, Advent, Lent, dinner time, at home, and VBS. |
