When it comes to church ministry, one of the most important factors is leadership development. Ministry leaders growing themselves as leaders, AND ministry leaders who are growing new leaders. Like discipleship, leadership development in a congregation must be intentional and ongoing.
This webinar is based on the book Church Ecology: Creating a Leadership Development Pathway for Your Church by Kelly Brown and Ken Willard. During this session, we will explore topics such as prayer, different leadership development approaches, leadership coaching wheel, mentoring, small church leadership, and more.
Ken Willard is the author of several books, including Church Ecology and Strategy Matters, and is a Professionally Certified Coach, church consultant, and Director of Congregational Vitality for the West Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church.
