How is this study being taught?
Both the group and the individual studies will be taught live via Zoom by Rev. Jarrod Davis. A weekly reading will be emailed to participants, and then the Zoom session will feature a lesson from Jarrod followed by discussion time.
How will the group study be run?
The group study is being offered to groups who plan on being together physically during the online lesson. Church groups such as Bible study classes, small groups or prayer groups will join the Zoom session from one computer, utilizing a monitor or screen big enough for the whole group. During the discussion time, facilitators in each group will lead the discussion among their group; this will be followed by an opportunity for each group to share with the others from their discussion.
It will be similar to how many Bible studies are led using pre-recorded videos, only the teacher on the screen will be joining you live and participants will be able to ask questions and interact.
How will the individual study be run?
The individual study is intended for interested individuals who do not have a group to participate with. They will join the session from their own personal devices. Weekly readings and lessons will be the same as the group sessions, but then the discussion time will be amongst all those who are participating instead of autonomous groups.
Who is this study intended for?
Creator, Creature, Collards: A Bible Study from the Farm is intended for Christians who are familiar with the Bible but want to know more about what Scripture says about our place and role in creation.
