Prayer Vigil

The Refugee & Immigration Committee will be sponsoring a Prayer Vigil in recognition of National Immigrants Day.
The Vigil will take place on the south (Morgan Street) side of the NC State Capitol grounds, and speakers will include families who have been through the immigration process as well as individuals engaged in ministry to immigrant communities. Local ministers will lead times of reflection through spoken prayer and song.
Please invite your congregations to come and learn about the experience of immigrant families, the call to serve our immigrant neighbors, and the opportunities to serve the immigrant community through our Connection.
