Homeowner, Tim Powell, has survived several hurricanes throughout 25 years of residency in Southport, North Carolina. NCC Disaster Response Tree Team
The United Methodist Church Disaster Response Ministry sent a team of tree trimmers to assist homeowner, Richard Gardner, in New Bern, North Carolina. Mr. Gardner was denied assistance by his insurance company due to unstable trees surrounding his home.
