Each year at Annual Conference, United Methodists come together to worship, learn, and make decisions that shape our shared ministry. Members vote on key matters like the budget, reports, and resolutions that guide our work in the coming year.
This year, members of Annual Conference will also vote on constitutional amendments recommended by General Conference 2020/2024.
Members of the NC Conference delegation have created a video explaining the four constitutional amendments, and the Conference Secretary, Rev. Dr. Gray Southern, outlines the process for ratifying constitutional amendments in The United Methodist Church.
You can watch the videos, read the amendment drafts, and access additional resources on our Constitutional Amendments page.
We invite you to join a Q&A session on April 30 at noon if you have any additional questions that have not been addressed.
