This two-week course helps adults with aging parents prepare for what can be difficult family transitions. It offers proactive guidance, resources for supportive discussions, and ways to turn worry into thriving – all without the stress of making urgent decisions in a time of crisis.
In addition to Blackboard interactions, 2 optional Zoom meeting may be held at a time participants select on both Saturdays. The meetings will not be recorded.
