This day is designed to help you refocus your purpose, set realistic expectations, and gain practical tools to strengthen your impact.
Across four engaging sessions, host Steve Schneeberger and his teammates will guide you through an honest and refreshing conversation about what really matters in student ministry. You’ll clarify your mission in “What’s the Point?”, explore creative and community-building tools in “What Do I Do?”, take a deeper look at measuring success in “What’s Realistic?”, and discern your ongoing calling in “All In? Or Looking for the Next Thing?”
