About the Presenter

Michele Pavelich serves as Children’s Ministry Coordinator at White Plains UMC in Cary and is a member of the NC Conference Safer Sanctuaries Committee. She brings over 25 years of experience in children’s ministry and a deep commitment to creating safe, life-giving spaces for ministry.
