In a season of major change in the church when the familiar ways of funding and doing ministry are declining – we aren’t broke. There are many resources in the church that we can put to work in new ways to serve and engage our neighborhoods and generate new forms of revenue for ministry. Rev. Mark Elsdon will share practical suggestions and stories that build imagination and suggest new ways forward. We will talk about new uses of church buildings and land, social enterprise, and creative ways to put our assets to work in the world for God. Because God is not declining; and we aren’t broke.

All, and more, contribute to the “get along factor” – how well lead/senior pastors build relationships with other staff, especially appointed associates.
