Orange United Methodist Church is located in Chapel Hill, just a couple of miles north of the University of North Carolina. Located just off of Interstate 40, we draw parishioners from 5 adjacent counties and primarily from residents of Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, Mebane, and Durham.
The work of the Director of Worship and Arts is so vital to living out Orange UMC’s mission and vision as a church that helps people find their place in God’s story, and particularly within the context of our Traditions worship service. The Director of Worship and Arts leads the Chancel Choir and Handbell Choir, and works with the pastoral team to help order the worshipping life of the traditional service.
