Connectional Ministries partners with church congregations and ministry teams to discover and realize God’s new dreams. It encourages and equips churches and their individual members to:
- Engage vital ministry with bold Wesleyan ways of making disciples for Jesus Christ
- Grow intentionally toward in the work of anti-racism and justice in as commitment to the Way of Jesus
- Develop strong leaders who make a different in our congregations, on the mission field, and in our communities
- Engage with the physical and spiritual needs of the neighborhood and world
- Connect the local, regional, and global church as the Body of Christ

Conference Connectional Table
Under the NC Conference structure, the Conference Connectional Table (CCT) provides a forum for the understanding, casting forth, and implementation of the vision of the conference. It is where ministry and money come to the same table to coordinate the mission, ministries, and resources of the conference.
