Rev. Trish Archer
Rev. Trish Archer serves as Ministry Lead Coach at Passion in Partnership. She is an ordained Deacon, serving in the Harbor District for the past 28 years. She is a “product” of the North Carolina Conference, baptized and confirmed at an NC Conference UMC, participated in the conference youth events of the 1970s, and answered her call to ministry while at Orange UMC in Chapel Hill. She is married to Noah Archer, a pediatrician in Wilmington. She enjoys gardening, reading, writing, and traveling.

Passion in Partnership
The ministry of Passion in Partnership (PIP) seeks to live out the vision of “cultivating life-long fruitful ministry and resilient leaders” through coaching. Rev. Archer has the joy of walking alongside clergy who are seeking to live more fully into their gifts and strengths. She also works with church leadership teams and church staff in team building, visioning, and collaborative ministry. She enjoys teaching and leading clergy and laity retreats. She coaches clergy from her home office and also enjoys traveling throughout the Southeastern Jurisdiction for church leadership development and retreat leadership.

A Leader Forming Ministry
Rev. Archer coaches clergy in a variety of settings and years of service: the early years of ministry, transition to new appointments, leadership investment programs, and anyone who desires a reflection partner in their ministry. Through these coaching relationships, the hope is the continual formation of spiritual leaders who are living into God’s call and purpose.
