Fairway District Superintendent
Rev. Limm serves as the Fairway District Superintendent, providing spiritual and administrative leadership by supporting and equipping pastors and laity, fostering unity and diversity, and helping churches reclaim their identity as Christ’s body. As a chief missional strategist, he guides congregations in strengthening their United Methodist witness, navigating pastoral transitions, and engaging in mission and discipleship. Rooted in a deep love for Christ, he is committed to theological reflection, inclusive leadership, and nurturing congregations that embody God’s reconciling love. In a divided world, his ministry seeks to guide the church in bearing faithful witness to God’s grace, creating spaces where all are welcomed, valued, and empowered to serve.

A Disciple Making, Leader Forming, and Peace Building Ministry
Disciple Making includes creating and inviting learning opportunities for clergy and laity and hosting clergy gatherings and charge conferences, where people experience our connectional life and are reminded of our United Methodist identity, also known as being good disciples of Jesus Christ.
Leader Forming includes promoting covenant groups among the clergy, offering resources and mentoring through the District Committee on Ordained Ministry and one-on-one conversations, gifting clergy and/or laity helpful books, and inviting them to group discussions.
Peace Building includes reviving the anti-racism team, promoting a partnership with Fiesta Cristiana to equip local churches to reach out and serve the marginalized, and navigating challenges among pastors and congregations.
