Congregations for Children (C4C) is pleased to announce the recipients of its Summer Literacy Program Grants. These grants were awarded to NCCUMC churches that planned summer programs for low-income children to remediate and reinforce literacy skills and combat summer learning loss.
The churches listed below received a total of over $15,400 in supplemental funding to support these important ministries. We congratulate them, and we look forward to reading about their experiences so that other churches might be inspired to implement their own summer literacy programs in 2024.
