Annual Conference 2025 Display Tables Display Tables Registration closes on 5/7/2025. Spaces are limited. Please submit your display request using the form below. Space is limited and will be assigned to officially sanctioned boards and agencies of The United Methodist Church. You will be able to set up your display on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 between 9 am and 5 pm. The Conference Secretary’s Office reserves the right to relinquish your space to other groups on our waiting list if you arrive after this date and have not notified the Conference Secretary’s Office of the late setup date. Display area closes on Friday afternoon at 5:00. You will be responsible for taking down and removing all display items by 10:00 AM Saturday. All tables are assigned first-come, first-served. The tables are 8 feet, skirted, and have a tablecloth. Upon your arrival, please check in at the registration desk.
