We are looking forward to seeing you at Conference! Be sure to check-in at the registration desk at the front of the Convention Center when you arrive to pick up your Conference Workbook, lanyard, and other materials.
Wednesday, June 12: 4 – 6 pm
Thursday, June 13: 8 am – 5 pm
Friday, June 14: 8 – 11 am, 1:30 – 3:30 pm
Saturday, June 15: 8 – 8:30 am

☀️ Disaster Ministries Solar Trailer
Visit our solar-powered trailer located outside the Convention Center, near the Hampton Inn while you are at Conference. This trailer enables local churches to provide assistance during disaster-related power outages. It can power a church’s fellowship hall and kitchen for community meal preparation, serve as a warming or cooling station, act as a hub for charging electronics, or provide housing for volunteer teams!
❤️ Special Offerings
At Annual Conference 2024, you have two opportunities to support ministry in our North Carolina connection and beyond!
- Thursday – The Gary Wayne Locklear Mission Endowment focuses on emerging needs related to health, wellness, and abundant life, economic resources for fullness of life, education, and spiritual vitality found in Jesus Christ.
- Saturday – Professors of Methodism, a special endowed fund supporting theological educators at 30 United Methodist-related schools outside the United States.
🙋 Opportunities to Serve
Annual Conference is right around the corner, and many people are needed to ensure a successful Conference. We need people to help serve as ushers and stagehands during the Conference.
🌎 Outreach Project
This year’s collection of items at Annual Conference in Greenville will center around Menstrual Hygiene Kits. These kits are distributed at times of natural disaster when such supplies are hard to access. Also, kits are distributed in communities in many countries where girls and women are not able to go to school or work because of the lack of access to these items.
