The 2024 Conference Workbook is now available online! The Workbook is your guide to Annual Conference.
You will receive a physical copy when you check in at the registration table.
âś… Registration
We are looking forward to seeing you at Conference! Be sure to check-in at the registration desk at the front of the Convention Center when you arrive to pick up your Conference Workbook, lanyard, and other materials.
You should have received an email asking you to confirm your attendance in Greenville, which will save you time and help us be better stewards of our time and resources. Ensure you have the QR code you received when you confirm your attendance.
What if I didn’t get the email?
If you didn’t get the confirm your attendance email or don’t have your QR code, no worries. Follow the signs at the registration area, and we will check you in!
Lay Member Changes in Greenville
If you have a lay member change for your church at Annual Conference, the clergy and the lay member must present and sign a form confirming the change.

Wondering what to wear for Conference? Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. The Convention Center can be chilly, so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket just in case.
Here are some special events that are happening throughout Conference:
đź’ź Thursdays in Black
Annual Conference members are encouraged to wear a black colored outfit in support of “Thursdays in Black” on June 13. Established by the World Council of Churches, this global movement seeks to create a world without rape and violence.
🎓 College T-Shirts
Celebrate with the Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry and wear a college t-shirt at the Ice Cream Social and Karaoke on June 13.
🧡 Wear Orange for Gun Violence Prevention
As we focus on Peace Building in our Friday plenary on June 14, we encourage you to wear orange to unite in a call to end gun violence.

Wear red shoes for the Ordering of Ministry Service on Saturday, June 15, in honor of Georgia Harkness, a theologian, and the first woman to become a full professor at an American seminary, and courageous women in ministry.
