📚 Free Book Room
The NC Conference Media Center is bringing lots of books and curricula to give away at Annual Conference. You can find these free resources in the Box Office located to the right of the front entrance to the Greenville Convention Center. It is first come, first served. Take as much as you can carry! Some boxes and bags will be available to hold all your goodies.
😀 Family Room
During Annual Conference, Gallery 6 will be available for families with young children to rest or eat. Families can stay connected by watching AC in the same room.
✏️ School Supply Drive
We need your help collecting school supplies! Here are the items we need:
- Pencils
- Composition books
- Highlighters
- Notebook paper
- Glue sticks
Drop your items off on Thursday and Friday in the collection boxes at the back of the main gathering space. The supplies will be distributed to South Greenville Elementary School and other schools identified by Congregations for Children (C4C) in each district.
♻️ Bring a Water Bottle
Help reduce single-use plastic waste and bring a reusable water bottle for Annual Conference. Refillable water bottle stations are located throughout the Greenville Convention Center.

Partners in Health and Wholeness, in collaboration with CareNet Counseling, is offering listening sessions and mental health assessments for clergy and laity at Annual Conference.
