Registration Policies

Registration deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable except in cases where registration is full. There will be no refund given within 2 weeks of the event.

Cancellations must be made by emailing youth@nccumc.org. The cost of an event will not be pro-rated for partial attendance.

Youth eligible to register for NC Conference Youth Events are youth who are currently in or who have completed grades 6-12 and are 19 years of age or younger.

Attendance policy for Conference Youth Events:
Youth planning to register for Conference Youth Events must be able to arrive at the beginning of the event (Friday for Global Vision and Kaleidoscope, Monday for Breakaway) and stay through the completion of the event (Sunday for Global Vision and Kaleidoscope, Saturday for Breakaway). Youth must also attend the full event. Exceptions will only be made on a case by case basis (in advance of the event) for individual youth who need to be away from the event for up to 2-3 hours one time. The event has an intentionally planned schedule of events that builds over the course of the event. Missing any significant portion detracts from the purpose of the event and the experience for the youth and the community.
