Teresa Stewart is “the name” in the world of small church leadership. As founder of SmallChurch.org, Teresa – a United Methodist Clergyperson – works with small churches in most mainline denominations, finding ways to develop healthy congregations that do not suffer from the “small church syndrome.”
Teresa stresses that small churches aren’t miniature versions of large churches. Small churches have unique strengths that large congregations don’t have. In this brand new session, Teresa plans to offer simple ideas for high participation in small church worship during the Advent season.
